REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

I’ve used these headphones for about 2 weeks and I like the sound they produce both through the audio cable and bluetooth mode. They don’t cancel noise entirely, although noise cancellation is very good for that price. I would recommend these headphones to a friend.
