All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Hello, i just want to say that the product is perfect, the quality of the material is perfect also. very soft and well shaped. one more thing. i bought it for my Samsung smart tv which doesn’t have Bluetooth on it, when i tried to plug it with the AUX plug i released that the TV doesn’t have an AUX output !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT thank god it does have an Optical Output, which i didn’t pay to much attention to it when buying this product. bottom line is : THIS PRODUCT SAVED MY MONEY. RECOMMEND IT. SPDIF IN/OUT IS VERY IMPORTANT. ALSO APTX is very important for TV. Thank you
