All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

A bit hard to pair even when following instructions. Best to pair the two earphones first, then turn on phone’s Bluetooth to pair. You should see earphones as a single device on your phone and not as two separate devices. Sound lacks bass though.

This is the best thing I’ve ever bought from the site. The earphones are well made, easy to use and have a functional control which you can follow by the instruction book inside the box. Charging dock looks great design for keeping and charging. Only 1 thing is the bass sound is a little bit not fulfilled, but comparing with this price and overall, buy it. I gonna buy another model also. So impressed.

The earphones are great, good sound and the noise cancellation is good also. The connectivity is fast with no issues with all my devices. The box is very small and portable on the pocket of the jeans, has a battery which charge the earphones. To charge the box a usb port from a laptop is more than enough.

Awesome pair of true wireless stereo headphones! Setup was easy on both an Android and iPhone. Button for controls is a bit small but accessible. Charging pod is nice with indicator lights, seems to be built well and sturdy enough to throw in my gym bag. Sound quality is good and the stereo separation is like on normal headphones. No lags or stutters. Initial shipment ran into some problems but the store quickly fixed the issue and resent the order. Good communication.

PL Wszystko przebiegło pomyślnie. Produkt przyszedł do Polski po około 30 dniach, brak dodatkowych opłat. Słuchawki dobrej jakości w zestawie również 2 pary zamiennych nakładek na nie. Słuchawki oferują przyzwoity dźwięk przez bluetooth, niestety posiadają słaby bass lecz nie można od nich wymagać za dużo. Polecam serdecznie

I always contemplating about buying this. It fits all my criteria but I doubt the sound will be good. I take a bold move to give it a try. Well. It arrives. Immediately I test it out. You see, I have a Jabra sport pace original, the bass was perfect for me, but that is for music and sports usages hence I need a very good music bass and sound. Although the bass of this only about 80% of that quality. It still sound quite good. I want to use this in office for basic training usage. Hence this is quite good for me, big thumb up on the convenient! Really feel very good without having any cable at all. In term of the Long use.. I am not sure I can foresee I can use this for 1-2 hours not an issue.. as it is not heavy so quite good fit. All in all this is something worth buying!!
